Please find the details of this incident below : <b>Start time :</b> 04/11/2026 05:30 UTC <b>End time :</b> 04/11/2026 16:30 UTC <b>Impacted Service(s) :</b> The Network API in the DE1 region was temporarily unstable. Creation or modification of Load Balancers may have encountered issues. <b>Customers Impact :</b> Customers may have experienced API errors when performing network administrative actions, and were temporarily unable to create or resize their Load Balancers. Running services remained unaffected. <b>Root Cause :</b> This incident was caused by a software issue. We thank you for your understanding and patience throughout this incident.
